Passed away peacefully on Thursday January 21, 2010 at St. Joseph's Health Care Centre, Guelph, in his 85th year. Jack was the beloved husband of Wanda Douglas (nee Stachniak), loving father of Janet Mary Allsopp (Frank), Robert Martin (Linda) and Marcia Douglas (David), brother to both June Rae and the late William Nelson Douglas, and adoring grand father of Blythe and Bryan Allsopp, and Michelle and Robert Douglas. Arrangement entrusted to the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph. A private graveside service will be held at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. Cremation has taken place.
