LEADER, Rita (Lawlor) - Passed away peacefully, at Guelph General Hospital, on Sunday, August 17, 2008, with her family by her side, in her 93rd year. Rita was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth Leader (1989); loving mother of Paul (Elizabeth) of El Cajon, California, Howard (Valerie) of Guelph and the late Ted (1990); grandmother to Kelly, Cory, Cary, Barbara Ann, Adam and Ryan; great-grandmother of Klayton and Kerra; dear sister to Mary, Jennifer and Joe. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Rose, Margaret, Barbara, Celeste, William, Bernard, Dan, Jim and Theodore. Rita will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel , 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph, where the family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A vigil will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Church of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk Street, Guelph at 10 a.m. Interment Marymount Cemetery.
